Roberts is the State Representative for House District 126. He was chosen by the people of Northwest Houston to represent them because of his commitment to limited government, eliminating wasteful spending, and bringing accountability to state government. Keeping his promise to the voters, during the 85th Legislative Session, Representative Roberts authored legislation that was signed by Gov. Abbott to require state agencies to eliminate one regulation for every new regulation they want to create.
